Parc Bellver

Located in Sa Teulera, a lovely residential area overseeing the Palma bay, Parc Bellver is an iconic residential complex constructed in the late 90s. With seven apartment buildings surrounding a stunning 10.000 sqm garden, three swimming pools, two playgrounds and a sports area, Parc Bellver is the biggest residential complex in the area.

The garden design and construction, lead by our senior landscape engineer Ignacio M. Belda Serra, was done in three different phases across 6 years along with the construction of the buildings. The garden includes two fish ponds with aquatic plants, gorgeous palm tree species such as Phoenix dactylifera, Phoenix canariensis, Washingtonia robusta or Washingtonia filifera among others, plenty of evergreen and deciduous tree species, as well as an uncountable number of shrubs, flowers, aromatic plants and vines that, combined with intricate stone paths, walls and pergolas, create a labyrinth of green areas for the resident families to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the Mallorcan lifestyle.

MSMA is still taking care of the garden and pool maintenance since its beginning.
