Puntiró

Located on top of the Puntiró hill, this single-family property is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden with a panoramic view of the Palma bay.

Our client wanted a large lawn surrounding the south side of the recently restored house and the private pool, creating a beautiful contrast between the natural stone pathways and the carefully trimmed grass. The north side of the garden was covered with Leyland cypress and Tipuana tipu trees, creating a visual barrier to give some privacy to the house. Giving the final touch to the property, a mixture of Mediterranean shrubs including rosemary, oleander, oak and many other endemic species was added to the external perimeter of the garden, creating a forested area that blended perfectly with the surrounding flora.
