Bendinat 24
This gorgeous single-family home with a typical Mallorcan architecture is located in Bendinat, a lovely seaside village in Calvià. This project included the design and renewal of the three-level garden as well as the swimming pool maintenance.
The garden consists of a main grassy area facing the south side of the house surrounded by a border of shrubs and flowering plants, alternated crape myrtle and Seville orange trees and, as a central piece, a century-old olive tree planted on a handmade stone planter over a bed of red begonias. The northern part of the garden, behind the house, consists of ficus, carobs and pine trees with a mixture of shadow plants underneath. Finally, the access to the house is bordered by a high hedge of cypress trees giving some privacy to the property and a set of terracotta planters alternating lemon trees, bougainvilleas and geraniums. At the end of the entrance corridor, an exemplary bignonia climbs a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop terrace.
