Parc d’Aiamans

Located in the outskirts of Palma, this recently constructed residential complex in Sa Teulera perfectly merges a colorful and exotic garden, extensive green areas to sunbathe and recreational areas to enjoy an active day with your family.

The project included a 4.000 sqm garden, two swimming pools, a playground and a sports court, all surrounded by five buildings of apartments. The concept of the design was based on creating a small oasis within the city divided in several functional spaces such as a cozy bench area around a centennial olive tree, a green amphitheater overlooking the sports court, pool areas surrounded by grass and handmade stone walls or corridors flanked by colorful planters. The garden includes all kinds of small bushes, aromatic plants and flowers arranged in beautiful combinations, as well as bigger tree species like holm oaks, poplars or coconut palms.

Apart from the design, construction and maintenance of the shared garden, MSMA designed and executed two private gardening projects in ground floor flats located in the same residential complex.
