Puigderrós

This project included the garden design and construction on two beautiful single-family houses that will serve as show houses for the sale of adjacent properties in the Puigderrós urbanization. Both properties were constructed using different materials under the same contemporary style and the garden design was customized in each case in order to match an enhance the concept of the architecture.

The first property, called Arena, has a 300 sqm garden with a relaxing Mediterranean style. The minimalist design included a combination of beautiful shrub massifs and green lawn arranged in rectangular patterns around the house, creating a mixture of contrasting textures in different levels matching the sandy colors of the house architecture. The main specimens of the garden are two coconut trees and a centennial olive tree, in addition to a Tipuana tipu and a Jacaranda.

The second property, called Steel, stands out by the cleanness and elegancy of its architecture with predominantly grey and white details. Following the same concept, the landscape design was characterized by a variety of cacti species over volcanic grave arranged in geometrical patters around the property. Finally, the garden was completed with some beautiful Washingtonia palm trees and a laurel hedge to give privacy to the house.
